Who Is Gavin Hooper

Gavin Hooper is a professional hypnotist whose career began more than 30 years ago through private one-to-one client sessions.

What started as quiet, personal one-to-one work soon opened an unexpected door. After being asked to demonstrate hypnosis at a private dinner party for about 25 people, Gavin saw that the same principles of focus, suggestion, and positive change could also reach people in a larger, more memorable way.

That moment eventually led to a long stage career, performing for audiences around the world and giving Gavin a practical, real-world understanding of focus, suggestion, imagination, confidence, and how quickly people can shift when the conditions are right.

Today, through Now and Zen Hypnosis, Gavin has returned to his roots in private one-to-one work, helping people create change in the personal, one-to-one way that first drew him to hypnosis.

In many ways, his stage work became an extension of that same interest. He used hypnosis, humour, and positive suggestion to help people experience the mind differently, feel lighter, and recognize what they’re capable of.

Gavin brings that same understanding of focus, suggestion, imagination, and subconscious patterns into private sessions that are calm, respectful, and practical.
